	Our first and foremost concern is your absolute satisfaction with our staff and our work.
	Our CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is always close to or at 100%. We have an independent company (CSiComplete) survey each and every one of our customers two to four weeks after work completion. Our extraordinarily high scores are based on the simple fact that these customers continue to "recommend fender mender to their family and friends".

Our Warranty: Lifetime !

	Every repair carries a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This includes any labor operation (other than routine maintenance) performed by our company for as long as you own your car.
	In most cases, our baked and catalyzed urethane paint carries a Lifetime Warranty against fading, peeling, and cracking as well.

We are Full Service.

	If you have an insurance claim, we can advise you on how to manage it, or we can take care of it for you. We'll get you into a rental-car, negotiate the proper repairs with your adjustor, and confirm coverage and payment. We work with all major insurance companies...but we work for you. Remember, you have the right to choose the repair facility--no matter who is paying the bill.
	Need a ride home, or to work ? Let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
	We also offer towing, and personal pickup and delivery service ! Please call for details.
	One stop shopping ! Our automotive center offers many other auto related services. If you desire other work in our center, we will be glad to shuttle your car for you.
	Please note that we no longer perform Complete Repainting or Classic Restorations. Occasionally, customers come to us believing their car is in need of a complete repaint. In many instances, we are able to only partially repaint the car while buffing the remainder to achieve a satisfactory result-without complete repainting ! Also, in some cases, we may not perform repairs vehicles over 10 years old, and we ask that you please call for a written estimate appointment.

For the best repair, you need two things: the best techs and the best tools.

Our body technicians are all ICAR certified in structural welding as well as collision repair. Our painters are BASF certified in Automotive Refinishing. Most of our techs have been with us over five years, and we are proud to have each of them working for us !

We are large enough (21 repair bays) to afford the best equipment and materials available. We employ three of the most modern frame/unibody alignment machines available:

	Chief S3 3 Tower Rack/Genesis 3 Computerized Measuring System.
	AutoRobot XLS II Unibody Bench with the XLS II Measuring System.
	Chief EZ-Liner II with self-centering frame alignment gauge system.

The reason we have invested over $150,000.00 in these three machines ? With accuracy of one millimeter, they allow us to restore your car to exacting factory frame or unibody specifications ! The S3 rack is large enough for full-size trucks and SUVs, a must-have in this day and age.

All welds are by either MIG or OEM style Pro-Spot welding, using the most advanced techniques available.

We re-apply all necessary rust proofing materials to keep your new car rust-through warranty in effect.

Fender Mender employs two state-of-the-art European Heated Downdraft Spray Booths, applying a catalyzed and baked urethane finish that is guaranteed (in most cases) for as long as you own the car !

Lastly, our paint work is polished to a mirror finish. Your car is washed, vacuumed, and (if requested), touched-up completely.
